Web 2.0? ― 2008年04月15日 23:17
The trigger I got so excited was the view of Google earth with a lot of YouTube videos! My house has finally deployed Optical connection to ISP (100Mbps) and this causes different meaning for my Web experience.
There were so many video on Google Earth. Most of them are not so brilliant, but massive collection of them with geographical relation casques a lot of meaning. So many unnamed people took video according to their own interest. The collection, not each videos and geographical information, makes great meaning.
I do not know it is appropriate to call this "Web2.0", but I really understood the power of web connections.
Previously I was sceptical blogging. I could not understand why people expose their private feeling to unknown people. But let's change the viewpoint. Let's say from the viewpoint from network, each users (both company and person, and both human and computer) are treated as objects. Each one manipulate others using its interface. You do not expose PRIVATE attribute to network. It's up to you how you expose your PUBLIC interface. If you have rich interface to others, you will be treated as treasures in net.
So strategies for Web 2.0 world are,
- to define PRIVATE and PUBLIC interface boundary
- for PUBLIC interface, express yourself!
Have fun!
